In 2021 I bought a bike parker pack from Timbuk2. March 2026 the zipper broke on the backpack. I contacted timbuk2 to see if it was possible to repair the backpack. I bought the backpack on the promise that it could be repaired if it broke years later. I tried contacting timbuk2 through multiple way to get them to repair the backpack. They are not responding to me in any way. I am being left ignored and with a unusable backpack. Currently on may 2026 I still have not received any response about warranty or repair or anything. They are ignoring me. The backpack was nice but the warranty service is horrible.

Super high quality backpack with custom colors. Arrived earlier than expected and looks great. I've traveled with it a few times now and it still looks like new. All bags of this type are expensive, but this one feels actually worth it.

I love my Timbuk2 tote and was sad to think I had to toss it when the waterproof liner deteriorated after a decade of hard use. I contacted Timbuk2 and they repaired my bag for a minimal cost. Yay! Great service.
