My interactions with customer service were genuinely great. They helped me with my order and worked with me to find a solution to my issue. They worked with me step by step until we solved the problem. They were respectful and understanding.

Ordered the gift card for a last minute gift option on Thursday. Digital delivery, which is advertised as available 'same day' is not delivered until midday Monday. Where the truth in advertising ethics sits with this company is unknown. Do not recommend because product information/promise is not delivered, customer service is uncaring and delivery speed is unacceptable for a digital product.
Response from Timbuk2Aug 24, 2026
We’re sorry the gift card wasn’t delivered within the expected timeframe, especially when it was intended as a gift. Please note that our fulfillment and processing timeframes refer to regular business hours and business days. We completely understand your expectations based on our site’s description and apologize that it arrived later than anticipated.

I sent a really old messenger bag in to have the liner replaced. The fix was completed very quickly and they only charged $25 to to do work. This bag has been used every day for over 10 years, and it is back in like-new condition again. Companies that stand by their products like this are rare these days.

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled we could restore your well-loved messenger and get it back to like-new condition. Here’s to another 10 years!

I sent my bag in for a stitching repair, and the whole thing was covered by the lifetime warranty. I sent my bag in on August 10th and got it back on the 20th. So the turnaround time was quite short.
