There really should be better photos online. I’ve ordered 2 bags and returning 2 bags because they arrive and where I thought there were pockets there aren’t pockets. There are hardly any useful pockets in either bag.

I have owned two Timbuk2 Backpacks. Both of them had issues that developed. Both times, Timbuk2 honored its lifetime warranty commitment. The process and communication has been great both times.

I ordered a carry on luggage and it was received without damage and packaged well. I love the bag- it is classy and elegant in person.

I gave an initial review of the small messenger bag when I first received it. I said that other than the fact that the tabs to cover the velcro on the flap were no longer included (noisy, inconvenient for casual use), I was very happy. After 2 months, here's my added comments. The bag now has buckles for securing the flap rather than the hooks that slide in from the side. I liked the hooks much better. The new buckles are probably more secure, but not as convenient. Points off for that. The strap is now sewn to the body of the bag, where there used to be swivel connectors. Now when the strap gets twisted, it's more of a chore to untwist. More points off. These aren't show stoppers, the bag is still well made, and will probably last as long as my old one did, but I'm not as happy with it as I was with the old one. Probably more secure in a few ways, but definitely not as graceful.

We’re sorry to hear about your delivery experience. While the carrier handles the final delivery, we understand how frustrating it is when a delivery doesn’t go as expected. Please reach out to us if you need any assistance with your order.

I ordered a backpack my son picked out for college. This was August 4, 2026. I paid for 2 day shipping so my son would have it before he left August 12. I factored in business days. Gave them wiggle room. I looked at tracking and saw my package was in Memphis, TN for over 4 days and I called Timbuk2, spoke with Marlene, who was cordial and willing to help. A couple days later she reported the order “lost” and reordered it for me. This was on August 18. It has not even been labeled at shipment hub yet! I am starting to get wonder if this place even exists!? Super disappointed. DO NOT waste your time with this company!. Buy from Northface. I had the best luck with them in the past and I guess this time around I had a momentary lack of reason.

We’re sorry for the frustration with your order. While the original shipment being lost by the carrier was outside our control, we understand how disappointing this experience has been. We’re glad our team was able to assist with a replacement, and we are working to get it to you as quickly as possible.
