Happy with my experience with Tile Club. I ordered marble in which I asked to see photos of actual material in advance. They sent the photos in a timely manner and the service overall was pleasant. I did receive some broken pieces due to the shipment not being packed well, but I did follow up right away with photos and they did replace them at their expense. I am an interior designer and I would say from this one experience, they handled it professionally and I would purchase from them again.

I purchased pencil tiles. They were reasonably priced. 3 of the 4 came in perfect condition. 1 pencil cracked all around. The Tile Club replaced it twice. Each time, I received again a pencil cracked all around. I just gave up. The Tile Club rep just stated that it's fragile so can easily break in transport. However, I'm not sure that it was a transportation issue. So got 3 useable pencils and 3 cracked pencils. I would not purchase from here again as it didn't appear that they took care to send an unbroken pencil, and cared enough to make sure their customer was satisfied. These are about $10 a piece, so not worth it.

I found a tile I fell in love with. I ordered two samples of the same tile, one to go to the house we are remodeling (out of state) and one to where I currently live. Both arrived as promised. I am very happy with the service and the product I received. I would recommend Tile Club to anyone without hesitation.

I’ve ordered a sample first, to check if their tile is as nice as on the pictures. I’ve got the sample literally in just three days! It’s like Prime! The sample was only 4x5 inches, but it was big enough to see the quality and colors of the marble. I’ve placed an order for a pallet of tiles, and everything arrived in great condition. They even arranged the delivery appointment with the freight company. Thank you!

Very pleased with my experience. Everything from the order placement to delivery went smoothly with no issues at all. Their title options are stunning! I decided to try them for my bathroom floor. I need to renovate my kids bathroom as well, so will definitely buy again!

I decided to try to order from tile club after I had a bad experience with another online tile store. To be safe I placed an order for one sheet. After I got it, I became sure that it was a good choice. I’ve got my Calacatta Gold backsplash tile today and cannot be more happier. Highly recommend!
