Tile ClubReviews of tileclub.com

This is the only place where I could find the tiles that both me and my wife liked. After searching at dozen of retail stores and several websites I am so happy that we found Tileclub. I received my samples in just 4 days and it was so easy to make a final choice with them. Customer service is the best I have seen in years. Thank you.

great selection, excellent pricing, fast shipping! an A+ experience!

This company is so bad to do business with buyer beware!!

Fast shipping, great communication. Would use again.

I ordered tile for my kitchen and bathroom and was amazed by the quality of the product and service these guys provided. They took their time to work with me to choose tile that fits best to my design and their fast delivery made me so happy. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who likes quality product, excellent customer service and best results for their home.

I ordered wood look recycled glass mosaic from Tileclub a week before Christmas and received it just in 3 days! All I had to do is to tell Samantha from customer service that I wanted my tile installed before Christmas. And she made sure that my order ships the same day. I wish every online store could provide this kind of exceptional customer service! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I wasn't sure about ordering tile online, but I had a really great experience. Ashlee was super helpful on the phone and helped answer all of my questions. They even sent me photos of the tile in their warehouse before placing my order. Shipping was free and arrived at my door a few days later. Can't wait to finish my backsplash. Thank you, Tile Club!

I ordered marble tiles from them recently. I was out of town and requested specific delivery date. They went beyond and above to accommodate me. They emailed and callled multiple times to make sure I was available for the pallet delivery. I really appreciate that! Excellent customer service.
