Tile ClubReviews of tileclub.com

I had to meet the truck driver at the front of the subdivision and then unloaded the truck into my car. Thankfully the truck driver helped me. The tiles all came in great shape and are so beautiful so all of it was worth it. I didn’t want the same tiles as everyone else and this company allows that to happen.

More or less quick responses and updates

Really good samples. Found same tile at Home Depot for less due to lower shipping cost.

Shipping was fast and on time. Tiles were packaged well, with minimal to no breakage upon delivery. Tile samples were also shipped with extremely fast as well. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is that they require full boxes for return eligibility. I was missing 4 tiles out of 1 box and they would not let me return for refund, so we just wasted all those tiles and a cost of one whole box. You should let your customers return unused tiles…

The tile is beautiful. The packaging of the product leaves a lot to be desired. Be prepared to clean up packing peanuts - so. many. packing peanuts. They don't dissolve in water. It's a mess and a waste. Tile Club can do better. Also, be prepared to have to take glue off every single tile.

I was shipped a broken tile and when they sent me the replacement tile, it wasn’t the complete pattern, just a partial replacement tile. Disappointing considering how paid over $50 per tile.

I love the look of my mirrored tile; however, my installer realized some of the tiles varied in size. That being said, layout your patterns in advance to ensure consistent size.
