Disappointed with how my order has gone down... Purchased my tile and it wasn’t until 3 days after the order was placed did they inform me it was back ordered and That it could be up to 6 weeks before it was back in stock. We purchased this for our home and it will push back work by a couple of weeks.

Sample tiles came quickly and I was kept aware of status throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using them.

One of the boxes of tiles arrived with every tile in the box broken. Based on the tile club return policy- I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING RETURN!! Not worth buying from the tile club. Tile club responded to my review saying I wouldn’t be charged for the broken tile. Unfortunately for me - they only took this position in response to my review. This is AFTER I already spoke to a representative who told me I was responsible for shipping to return the broken tile and for the 15% restocking fee. So I already paid $150 to have the tiles returned - just so I could at least get 85% of my cost returned. Approx $650 worth of tile and between shipping and their restocking fee - I’m out $247.50!!

Excellent selection and quick shipment. Didn’t see anything like your selections anywhere online. Lower star rating because of the online customer service/chat. Poor service and reply to inquiry.

So many unique tile designs! Forget home improvement stores! Shipping was lightning fast and customer service was top notch. Will use tile club every time and highly reccomend!

The tile is gorgeous!!! Unfortunately, at some point during transport, some of the cardboard from two of the top boxes was removed and a few of the top tiles were lightly scratched and have silver streaks. I think we can hopefully cut those and still use some of them and we had bought a little extra regardless so it all worked out. It’s just a little disappointing to have to work around it when it seems like if the cardboard had been left in place they may not have been damaged. Addendum: within an hour of posting my review the company messaged me right away. I am updating my review to 5 stars due to it being gorgeous tile and the company’s phenomenal customer service.

This tile is gorgeous and so different! Received it very quickly. Can't wait to see it installed in my coastal theme bathroom.
