Loved all three of the samples I got. They were all exactly as pictured on the website. The Wooden Beige tiles are a beautiful mix of warm and cool. Ended up ordering 2 out of the 3 which was a very easy process, very user friendly website.

Exceptional service and product! This is my first experience with the Tile Club. Your website is easy to navigate. The samples I ordered arrived quickly, in perfect condition, which took the stress out of selecting our project tile. I called and connected with a person right away. My question regarded the marble penny tile item description not matching the label on the actual tile, which was only a naming/labeling issue. The product was exactly as advertised and the onscreen images are as close to the physical object as I've ever seen. I also added to an order, on a Sunday, and it was shipped out within a day. Color me impressed!

We received the tile and attempted to install it not realizing the poor quality of the glue job on the net backing. This required every piece to be hand trimmed and have the extra glue removed to prevent the tile from lifting and not laying flush on the surface. Then additionally when you tried to puzzle the pieces together there weren’t fitting properly and required additional tile trimming. This resulted in extensive increased labor. This should have been revealed prior to purchase. Unfortunately we had already cut the pieces to lay against the flat countertop and so unable to return them. I have already emailed customer support and have not gotten a reply. This is my second attempt to reach out and request some form of compensation for the extensive labor involved in this project and lack of forewarning regarding the poor quality of the tile. Especially after we paid for $60 a square foot. I respectfully request someone to reach out to me regarding this matter.

I ordered tiles for my new kitchen and I LOVE IT! Unfortunately I didn't order enough so had to place a second order and mistakenly ordered only one sheet rather than one box. Tile Club normally ships using FedEx and FedEx is having major issues in Bay Area, CA. The order was picked up in Santa Clara to be shipped to Sunnyvale which is in the Santa Clara county. However FedEx drove it all the way up to Tracy which is 2 hours away then to Newark which is 30 min from Sunnyvale. They said it was going to be delivered on Wed (3 days after I placed the order) and it took the following Mon to be delivered only after I talked to a Tile Club agent who put in a call to FedEx. Because I only purchased one sheet and not one box, I had to purchase 3 more sheets and asked a Tile Club customer service if they please use a different delivery service, UPS or even USPS and she said she will need to talk to her manager. It arrived 3 days later! Customer service at Tile Club is fantastic!!!

I recently received pool tile for my new house, but unfortunately the tile that I had originally selected was not the correct color…a lot of pool tile (and tile in general) looks different in different lighting so I would recommend reaching out and requesting pictures ahead of purchasing to better gauge your color selection. Anyway, when I called to see if there were any other tile options (closer to the color that I had wanted/expected), a woman named Ashlee immediately answered the phone and offered to find some additional tile options and send over some additional pictures to make sure we got the color right the second time around! Sadly, none of our “backup” options fit the criteria of what I was looking for so I ultimately had to return the tile, BUT I wanted to take the time to leave a nice review to acknowledge the amazing customer service and support I was given throughout this entire process! Ashlee was extremely lovely and helpful (even throughout the return process) and I will definitely use this company again for future needs and/or referrals! 10/10 recommend!!
