Tile ClubReviews of tileclub.com

Tile Club made everything so easy for us! Ordered several samples and went with the porcelain Desert Sand Terrazzo Hexagon tile, which is beautiful in person and the right height to make a seamless transition with our hardwood. Even better than the quality and aesthetics of the tile itself was the customer service: we used the chat feature multiple times to get help in our selection process and to clarify some shipping questions. I also really appreciated Tile Club's help in getting our tiles to us quickly after our contractor ended up ahead of schedule, and in sending us replacement tiles after some got broken in transit. We had a great experience and will be ordering from Tile Club again in our next project.

I had a disastrous experience with Tile Club products while building a multimillion dollar house. Purchased $2,500 of Agate glass tile for a master shower and had it professionally installed. The shiny clearcoat detached from the tile after a month and it all fell off. They claimed it wasn't their problem and tried to blame the adhesive, but out of 5 bathrooms, only this tile fell off!!! They don't stand behind the products they sell...stay away!!!

We recently renovated our kitchen and love our new tile floor! The tile is beautiful and Ashlee from customer service was helpful along the way. We first ordered samples to confirm our choice and it was exactly as pictured. I was able to place my large order and have it held in the warehouse until a set ship date. This put my mind at ease knowing we’d have our desired tile without it selling out when our renovation started. The tile then arrived as scheduled on pallets, very well packaged. None were cracked. I’m so glad I purchased in advance since it was on back order closer to our renovation. Thank you for a great product that I could not find anywhere else plus prompt, personable customer service! I also really appreciate the tile club discount!

I am so glad I found TileClub. They have the best selection of mosaics I have ever seen. I visited about 4 showrooms and couldn’t find the mosaics for my kitchen. At tileclub I was able to find a perfect arabesque shape mosaic in soft white and mother of pearl and the whole process took me only about 20 mins. The whole process of placing the order was very smooth and I am excited to receive my order next week!

I placed my 2-nd order with Tileclub and my order arrived just in 4 days. I love Tileclub’s selection and service, a rare find these days.

Terrible. Couldn't get my samples mailed out within a 15 day time period. Cancelled order and will give my business to someone that actually acknowledges the time constraints on these types of projects.

Quick service and good communication!

Easy order and came quickly
