They have excellent and quick turn around on their services. My safe was dropped and cracked on the front right corner and rolled with its wheels (which was black as day as if it was used as a shopping cart)…after the day it was arrived I was excited and opened the box and removed the cushions (close to the wheels), and then I was about to pick it up…but saw there were the issues. Sent the email to them along with the phone number, and the next day and they sent me an email with a new tracking for the safe. Impressed. Most companies will take 48hrs and barely under a few hours. Called around 10pm ETA email was sent to me around 3am..give or take an hour..because I wake up at 5am and I’m also a director of customer service, and have never seen this before this time frame. Well done, you taught me to train my Team even faster for our service.

Hi there, we double-checked with our support team and saw that you first reached out to us on August 26. Our team replied to you right away that same day, and then sent two more emails on August 27 with tutorial videos on how to use the safe. Since then, we haven’t heard back from you. Could you please check your spam or junk folder just in case our emails ended up there? Thanks a lot for your understanding and support! We're here to help if you have any questions! Best regards, TigerKing Safe
