I lost my emergency key to my safe
I lost my emergency key to my safe - once I provided confirmation of the purchase, I was able to buy a new key. Tigerking followed up with regard to the delivery of the keys and I am most grateful to them for their excellent customer service.

Wanting this safe for a long time
Wanting this safe for a long time. It's beautiful and instructions so easy to understand. Gives me a real peace of mind. The delivery by fed ex was flawless. I knew by the minute when it would arrive.

Hi there, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. The SPARK 13.12 cu.ft safe you ordered is too heavy for the CEVA white glove service you selected — only FedEx can provide white glove delivery for the SPARK 5922 safe, and even then, some addresses may not qualify for second-floor delivery.
