Well, my in-stock order was confirmed 22July and “shipped” 23 July. It’s 07 August and I still have no safe nor any communication from anyone at TK as to where my safe is.

Hello, I want to sincerely apologize for the delay with your order. Our customer service team has been in constant contact with you and has pushed CEVA every single day for updates, but sadly, their shipping team has been far less reliable than we had hoped. Despite our efforts, your package still took far too long to reach you, and for that, we are truly sorry. To make up for this experience, we’ve issued you a $100 refund as compensation for CEVA’s delivery delay. Moving forward, we will be working even harder to choose and manage our delivery partners, so we can provide faster and more dependable shipping — especially for white glove service. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience, understanding, and support. It truly means a lot to us. TigerKingSafe

It was great, the only draw back was misinformation that white cloves is provided upon delivery. It was as so heavy,I had to assist the driver to take it in my house.
