I ordered my first safe in April 2024. I have the non fire safe one with the square little knob handle. The knob completely cracked internally within 8 months. So, they sent me a new one in January 2025. Fast forward to now May 2026, 16 months after getting the replacement, I am having the same issues again, problems opening the safe. The safe says open but it is not and because it says open, you turn the knob which doesn’t turn, I think the knob components are pretty bad, ie cheap, poor build quality, so they just crack/strip internally with normal use plus take a hit when the internally lock thinks it is open but isn’t. Your stuff is stuck inside, until it finally open. The locking mechanism component problems are major. Now, I am out of warranty which is only one year for normal use. :/ I paid like $2000 for this thing, which is decent money for something that is built so poorly and not meant to last.

Have not received the safe yet

The safe is fine, but the after sales service is awful. They are not interested in helping, zero creative thinking (I wanted to move into a larger safe). They just stop responding to you and completely ghost. I will not recommend buying a safe here nor will I buy another one. I have sent 2 emails that they have just completely ignored even though I am offering to pay for all of the return moving, shipping, and packaging needed to exchange.

I read your response and it is a lie. I never received and calls or emails. You should own your mistakes and make corrections to the way you do business. ————————————— there is a total lack of communication, and no way to contact someone to get information. For weeks I tried to get a delivery date, and got referred to the shipper, who had no information of my purchase. And then I got a call from the shipper upon their arrival. I wasn't even in town!!! The lack of communication will keep me from ever purchasing from Tigerking in the future.

Safe came banged up n paint chipped.. Took several sets of batteries before we got it working. Quality wasn’t the best… I’m disappointed since i spent a lot of $$..

The item was damaged on the left corner, this is more of a FedEx issue than TigerKing but with something that weighs this much why return with some cosmetic damage, just puts a damper on the purchase overall. Update: FedEx is the only issue here, I did not want to ship back the safe since it is quite heavy and knowing FedEx the next one would have been damaged as well. Tiger King offered either a return or compensation for the damage which is stellar of their company and I would do business with them again at anytime.
