had an issue when shipping it the first…
had an issue when shipping it the first time out. issues were resolved and they sent me out a new safe and made sure it was function correctly. Only have to wait a week due to my scheduling issues. company is easy to get a hold of and quick response recommended!!!

The result was excellent
The result was excellent, but I really don’t like not able to communicate via phone with the person so it took quite a bit longer to receive my keys because of the lack of communication via telephone

The ordering process seemed easy…
The ordering process seemed easy enough. We received the safe and the white glove setup was great. I must have made a mistake because I did not receive the tactical or gun version of the safe that I thought I ordered. I got the one with the hooks. I like the safe, so I’ll work with it.

The safe is exactly what we wanted
The safe is exactly what we wanted. The only knock is that the delivery was delayed, and it took some follow-up to track it down and get it here. Once here the delivery guys did a good job.

Problem resolved
We were able to come to a satisfactory resolution to our problem. Customer service was great to work with. I assume the safe would be good, if it hadn’t been damaged in transit. One star off for shipping company damaging the product. This once again is a problem with the shipping company, not the company that made the product or the product itself. I would order again from Tigerking.
