Great site! People have to realize when you use sites like this that you have to read your email and confirm tickets. I have enjoyed my experience with this site and have made several transactions. I trust this site!

Bought tickets on july 5th 2026 for kanye west concert on sep 4 2026 on ticket x. Seller waited 3 days before and cancelled my order. Got refunded my ticket price. But I already paid for all my other accommodations that im out of that money! Should be stiffer penalties for those who sell and cancel tickets days before event! UPDATE::::AS OF SEP 3RD 2026. I didnt realize until I started looking back at my emails. When you purchase your tickets after you pay . You still have to go confirm your tickets. They sent me an email days after and the email said if you dont confirm we will refund your tickets. Then they sent email a week before event saying to confirm. I dont know why you have to confirm if you pay for your tickets and your card has been charged. So hopefully you dont have to learn a hard lesson like I did. Cause now I missed one of the best shows!

My skepticism was extremely high, but the transaction worked out exactly as I hoped it would. First and foremost, the seats that were a great value. Immediately after completing payment, I received an email notifying me that the tickets were available for transfer. Minutes later, I had the tickets in my Ticketmaster account. Before buying the tickets on this website, I researched the legitimacy and reliability of this platform...they were split between warning buyers not to do business with TicketX and applauding how well things went. I decided to take the risk. I would have given them a 5-star rating, but the anxiety I felt before placing the order is noteworthy. TicketX states that they don't require professional sellers to disclose the seat numbers, claiming it is to protect the privacy of the seller. That makes zero sense to me.

First time using & wasn't disappointed! Will definitely use again!

Horrible experience have not received my tickets an event starts in 3 hours and there is no answer or number to call horrible service and site will be reporting it to the bbb to stop these scammers

I was skeptical, but all the research said this was a legit site. I bought two concert tickets last week. One of them was transferred through Ticketmaster right away, the other one took a couple days and didn't go through Ticketmaster but I received just fine. I would use this site again! Best last minute ticket prices I could find.

I purchased 2 tickets for a show that was set for 7:30pm. I booked a nonrefundable hotel for the weekend in the city the show was. Made day plans earlier during the day before the 7:30 show since we would have ALL DAY to do stuff (booked reservations for plans during the day before the show). Recieved my tickets several days after booking everything and purchasing the tickets, only to find i recieved the WRONG TIME! Received for a 330 show! Contacted ticketX customer support. Instead of them accommodating me and getting the right tickets for me, they told me to return the tickets. Even after I explained my whole trip was already booked and nonrefundable! They then sent me a voucher for $30 off my next purchase for the *inconvenience*. Mind u the same coupon they run every single weekend. So no accommodation for the error and the plans i had to cancel during the day because of this error. I then continued to receive empty email responses from the company after I told them I was not satisfied with how they handled this situation. They literally messed up my anniversary weekend. I asked what the response in the enpty email i received from them was supposed to be and they replied *nothing. There was no message in the email sent*. They then sent another message like this with nothing in it which I didnt respond to.

I bought tickets to don toliver concert 21aug2026 in Orlando. Traveled to the venue and tickets were never sent to me. Did not attend concert because tickets never were sent. Reached out to support center, got one response stating to check Ticketmaster or SeatGeek to see if tickets were sent from seller. Checked both platforms, nothing was sent, reached back out to support center and still have not gotten a response! It’s been two days since my time and money were wasted and still haven’t even received anything! Highly disappointed in the customer service and lack of effort/support from ticketx.
