This company is a 100% scam. I ordered tickets and they sent the wrong tickets twice. There is no customer service number, just an email. They take sometimes 12 hours to respond. As of right now I am out $160 and since it's only 2 days till the show and will have to pay 2x the price from another site. This was a gift for my daughter's 16th birthday and they have completely ruined a once in a lifetime occasion. Please take heed of all the other 1 star reviews and stay far away from this company

First time user was a little skeptical but after purchasing tickets my worries went away quick I received email with tickets within an hr and was 100% satisfied I will definitely use again

I got my tickets when I was suppose to and they were cheaper than what was on the official website for the venue.

DON’T BUY! Sent WRONG tickets. I bought tickets to a concert in Colorado and the tickets emailed to me are for a UTAH concert. I’ve emailed them five times and they have not yet fixed the mistake and my concert is in two days. UPDATE: per their reply to my review which was obviously for show, they still haven’t fixed the problem. Absolute horrible company that lies to make their image better

I bought 4 tickets through them and had issues on the half of them .They did refund for one of these purchases and I'm having issues for an upcoming event with them. I've bought many tickets through other sellers and it never happened before. Update The tickets did arrive in the morning of the matchup I was going to attend and had positive experience afterwards. Good discount for cheaper seats too

I did have a problem w/ my order but it was fairly handled quickly. However, I was initially given the wrong info about how to get my tickets. I was told Ticketmaster & then later MLB. So that info if very important upfront. However, problem resolved & I still got a great deal on my tickets!

I wouldn't give them 1 star if there was an option. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! I paid $300 for 3 tickets and never received the code to access them. Nor did I receive a response with a reason until 4 HOURS AFTER THE SHOW started. Then, after we all missed the show, they sent 4 EMAILS with the link to the tickets AND an email saying sorry the seller canceled the transfer. WHAT? Which one was it? The link never worked. Today, 4 DAY LATER, I find 4 more links to the non existent tickets from LAST WEEK in my email. Did they forget the seller canceled? Did they forget what day it was ok the calendar? This company is a joke. No phone numbers to call. No actual people to deal with. Even after I filed FRAUD charges, they're still sending me an expired link to tickets that were never available in the first place.

Stole my money worst experience ever traumatizing spent 700 on tickets just to sit in the parking lot hearing guns n roses playing at the rose bowl. Omg awful experience. I'm so depressed. Just horrible customer service. Awful people why??
