Dear TicketX Support, I am writing to express my concern regarding recent communication issues. I have not received a response to my emails, and unfortunately, the messages I have been receiving are simply my own messages being sent back to me. This has made it difficult to resolve my inquiry effectively. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a solution. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I bought 2 tickets to the 2026 FIFA World Cup match on June 18 in Atlanta. The price was undeniably lower than the other competitive companies ( Stubhub, SeatGeek, etc. ) The tickets were transferred in a timely manner and the experience was arguably the best of any sporting event I've ever attended. Easy to use, bought 3 tickets for a baseball game in Japan. Tickets delivered on time and exactly what I purchased. Super easy pdf delivery and everything worked fine at the stadium. Would buy again from this service.

When I first saw this company's ad on Facebook and went to their website and saw their prices I was extremely skeptical. Another company selling tickets, but this one I have NEVER heard of. I made one purchase and waited thinking if this is a scam I will dispute the charge. I purchased tickets to the Atlanta Dream game and it was to be delivered by June 1st, game was June 2nd, my purchase was May 3rd. I worried for a whole month, is this going to happen, June 1st came and no tickets. I followed the company's instructions and contacted them. A few hours later I received the tickets and a few hours after that TicketX contacted me from my request providing me the ticket link as well. I then went to the arena nervous, I've never used this secure pass (one of the ticketing platforms), was wondering if the tickets would work and if I would be embarrassed at the door. We got in, I went to the seats and hoped no one would walk up and say "you're in my seats," that didn't happen. Everything happened as it was supposed to and I am pleased - with the promo, the price, the easy purchasing, the process...and will certainly use this platform again.

I ordered tickets once the concert had started and received the tickets within minutes which was great. I purchased 4 tickets and they sent 2 tickets at a time so I was able to open 2 of my tickets on the Ticketmaster app and I was not able to open the other 2 tickets. So only 2 people were allowed in and then I had to go with security to the box office and they were able to find my tickets which took awhile and had to show ID. That was a total inconvenience and wasted time.

Bought Eric prydz tickets for Montreal everything went well.

Purchased tickets and still haven’t received them. Emailed the company and never received a response. Show is in 5 hours. Do not used this site. It’s a scam.
