No communication. No tickets and then lies about what they're supposed to do.
There's been no communication other than a demand that I send in my driver's license picture. I paid $3,000 for a set of Eagles tickets in Las Vegas and haven't received any confirmation but I sure did a lot of spam mail asking me to buy more things from them. Your response is incorrect you're not required to check anything I paid the money for the tickets I get the tickets it's as simple as that you have no business whatsoever asking who I am or any other thing other than that I bought tickets from many vendors over the years this is the first time that this has happened. It's unacceptable what if I wanted to sell this tickets on the open market and you don't even give them to me or tell me how to obtain it. I want the tickets or I want my money back I've already asked you for that you've got two options take it or leave it
