TicketX never sent my tickets to my email (checked spam and junk). I had to contact TicketX and let them know. That was stressful at less than 24 hours prior to event. They were extremely quick to send me a link with my tickets so that was excellent service, but I should not have had to contact them if my tickets had be received in the first place.

The process the actually receive.my tickets was terrible- I was not even told which playform had my.tickets -- only that it would fome through either Ticketmaster, AXS or 'other' platform, which made it a nightmare to get my tickets. In the end, it turned out Seatgeek had my tickets, but no email. Other than that, price was okay.
