Same experience as Daniel Allen sadly. Was told countless time things would be normal today and items shipped out today (Monday) but nothing had happened and now nobody has answering texts, calls , and emails today. I ordered a week ago to avoid the weather issue and I still haven’t gotten anything shipped out. Customer service has sadly gone to shit :/

Ordered overnight delivery that should have came in before 12pm the next day. Placed the order at 9am. Label was created at 12pm same day. 30 hrs later, ups has not even been GIVEN the package when it SHOULD have been delivered 4.5 hrs ago. Your product is solid, but you have lost my business entirely because you can't fufill basic obligations YOU offer to begin with.

Shipping promptness went to Hell. It doesn't matter how much you pay for same day Shipping and Next Day delivery, you will get it whenever you get it. I've wasted over $150+ in overnight shipping fees that were never honored. They don't refund the money charged for services not rendered. I also received one missing the Tamper Proof seal. It had a sweet smell, clearly someone did something. I reported it (and trashed it). No Response.

Great place to order from! I’ve had a couple problems and they fixed um promptly! Only advice stay away from ups, they send orders out same day 99% of the time but ups is the ones messing up, sometimes they wont even pickup the package till the next day and try to put the blame on Tianeptine Depot. I payed for overnight shipping took 6 days to receive the package.

At the moment all of those who claimed "jason" and his team are great with communication I cannot agree. I have attempted to contact them and no reply. I will update on overall experience, but atm not great Update I received communication from TD. Will continue to review as I use another vendor regularly. I want to post all positive for TD. Thank you Update First order arrived late, but still arrived. I used ups for that order. I placed a 2nd order using usps. My package is now lost. I paid for express again, and my package has yet to leave tx. I know this is not a TD issue, how it does seem that the main complaint on here are shipping issues. I wad told I will receive a credit for the 2nd order. I will update. ***customer service is OK, they do get back to you but it isn't always helpful. I asked about credit/refund for the $50 I spent for overnight. I was told they have many refunds in the works and probably won't be using fedex or ups anymore. That's great but wasn't helpful for my situation. I'm not knocking TD or any bad words because shipping is out of their control. Update The guys at TD made things right! Gave me a very generous credit for my lost package. Very good business
