These guys are amazing, even when they stumble. I have been loyal to them and theyve been loyal to me. Yes my order got misplaced, once, this is the first time in a long time. So i texted+called, and the owner FedEx overnighted my package! Overnight shipping is $105 to my rural location! I dont know about everyone else, but these guys treat me as a valued customer. IE another example: My CashApp was having problems, i texted them, and they shipped it before even recieving money because they knew me and valued me!

Ordered and paid for over night delivery package never arrived. When I checked UPS tracking it states they never received package. I reached out to tian help email they responded they would check in to but haven't heard back. The money was paid and collected through venmo.

There was a mix-up with my order, customer service was very quick to respond and generous when sending the corrected order.

Why do you make false claims on your website? Your quality is not better than other vendors I’ve tried. Also, why do you pretend like it costs more for Sat delivery? And lastly, you are overpriced not only on shipping, but product as well. That certificate of results is meaningless. I could make one of those in about 5 seconds.

They have been spot on for my shipments in the past and also responding to emails but this time they're not answering my emails and also I paid for expedited next day shipping and was within their same day shipping timeframe but its now been 3 days and I still dont have any tracking or email about my order being shipped. I dont know what's going on. I paid with cashapp and there was a warning about the account when I paid but I ignored it because I've purchased from them before. I really hope they send out my package or refund me.

I’ve placed 2 orders in the last 2 days and my orders have not been shipped. I’ve tried calling, texting and emailing and I’ve received absolutely no response. I understand that delays do happen but I’ve received zero information. Can someone please let me know what’s going on with my orders?

Nice people but they really don’t pay attention. Every other time you order they will mess it up.
