Good product, nice packaging. I would have given 5 stars except for they state if you order before a certain time it would be shipped same day. I ordered before the cut off but they didn’t create the shipping label until after the cut off, and then it shipped late the next day. Not a big deal, but I would order first thing in the morning instead of the time they list As the cut off if I order again.

great service -although I wish they had a USPS priority mail option. great product - and they seem very on top of all of their products and they are very responsive to what might come up. Seems like a good group!

I ordered one sodium and one sulfate and when my package arrived they sent two sodium’s. It’s not a huge deal because the prices are the same for both. I did notice in the packing slip they did explain that they were out of the sulfate so they fulfilled the order with two sodium’s and offered to exchange it with free shipping. I think they handled this correctly and I will definitely be using them again.
