I'm disappointed you couldn't find my order and send it within a reasonable time frame. Your follow-up email could've been a kind one and offered a bonus as a courtesy. That was not the case.

Great product/Terrible Service
This most recent transaction was quite irritating.
The website mentioned the product was available on backorder. I had no issue with that. However, I did try to reach out and get an estimation on when it would be shipped. There was no response, but they did print a shipping label pretty quickly. Somehow, that felt like the response. Which, I get it. Actions speak louder than words, etc., etc.
The problem with that, is that it's not always the case. The label sat, awaiting the first scan from USPS for a week. I tried speaking with someone via email, phone, text messages, their inquiry service on the website (which is essentially email), and finally X (formerly Twitter). Not one reply for one week. And it turned out, it had nothing to do with backorders, unless they are being untruthful on their X (Twitter). This is because, by day 2 or 3 after my order, the company was already posting they had gotten all the backorders out and new orders were also going out. Customers were replying on X (Twitter), confirming this.
Now, this is my train of thought with some criticism that this company could learn from and do better for its customers: You can tell me not to use USPS because it's not reliable or that they didn't do their job correctly. Then, don't offer USPS if it's always unreliable for your company. I personally have never had a problem with them my entire life. Also, yes, USPS is supposed to scan all packages upon receiving them for shipment. As the shipper, I would make it a priority to make sure they do so. It's not hard. You just have to ask. Then, there will be no excuse for packages sitting for days on a "waiting for pick-up" scan. But maybe, these packages are just being dropped off at a mailbox or some location, with minimal customer service. That's an automatic failure, in my opinion. That's like asking for delays. Now, if it was legitimately lost, I get. If the information on their X (Twitter) is misleading or false, I don't get it.
It is now out of the company's hands, as the package was finally scanned and in transit. But that is besides the point.
After, 7 days of trying to get in contact with this company via every method available on their website and emails (which is confusing because there are a variety of emails and phone numbers for the same avenues of service) I didn't receive one reply. And this, in my opinion, is unethical given the nature of the transaction, which historically, in the history of the internet, has a reputation for getting people ripped off (not necessarily with this company, but in general). This includes using payment methods that are not easily refundable, like Zelle, if it turns out to be fraudulent. Also, when people are paying a company for products or services, communication is key so that people can plan accordingly.
Now, the product last time was great. But even if it's still great (I'm waiting to receive it and that is now on USPS. It's not necessarily late in transit either) it's not great enough to make up for the lack of communication in relation to unexpected delays. It doesn't mean I wouldn't order again at this point. But I would definitely consider the lengthy time it may actually take, despite indirect claims stating otherwise.
TLDR: unexpected delays, no communication, no reliable contact information, feels like a scam even though it's not (yet), GREAT PRODUCT that does not make up for UNEXPECTED DELAYS when there is NO COMMUNICATION

I understand this is not the fault of the company but I paid for overnight shipping and did not receive my order until 5 days later

Sent wrong product or it’s terrible quality.
I had ordered sodium and when it came in it didn’t taste like sodium and didn’t “gum up” like sodium either. It was labeled sodium but pretty sure it’s sulfate or possibly a terrible batch.

Over promised and under delivered
Over promised and under delivered. Their site said same day shipping. I ordered Monday morning and asked for a tracking number. I heard back the next day saying it will ship “no later than Wednesday.” Stunned and disappointed, I accepted the news but asked for a tracking number again as soon as it shipped. No response after several follow-ups until Friday (by Thursday I asked if they would expedite my shipping at no extra cost and they told me to pound sand). I received a tracking number but it was stuck in the “label created, waiting on item,” status. I finally heard back the NEXT Monday stating it’ll ship later that day. I didn’t get my shipment until the following Thursday. DON’t order from them if you need the shipment delivered within 2 weeks.

No shipping after order 7 days ago
Same experience as Daniel Allen sadly. Was told countless time things would be normal today and items shipped out today (Monday) but nothing had happened and now nobody has answering texts, calls , and emails today. I ordered a week ago to avoid the weather issue and I still haven’t gotten anything shipped out. Customer service has sadly gone to shit :/

Lack of Customer Service
Typically they provide great customer service, however on my last order I entered the wrong address because I'm moving. I paid for my order and after I paid is when I realized my mistake. I quickly emailed support requesting that the ship to address be changed, but heard nothing back from them. I then sent another email requesting the same thi g an hour later. Bear in mind this was around 9am pst I sent my first message. I then texted the number on their contact page because I've messaged with the distributor many times via their method of communication. Still nothing. Now it's Sunday and I have to figure out how to drive 8 hours to my old place. This is beyond frustrating and the fact customer service still hasn't said a word is honestly disheartening and disappointing. I've spent well over $10000 with this place just this year, yet I get treated like this now. What's going on?

This was over the holiday weekend sir, and we ship many shipments over that weekend when we had scheduled not to. Certainly I am to blame for this if I missed your call or text, but customer service was scheduled to be off. But if you feel we haven't made this right, I'd be happy to discuss this via email.
