Please note that our operating hours are from Monday-Friday 9am CST to 5pm CST and any communications after hours will be responded to the next business day. I am sorry that UPS may have miscommunicated the Saturday delivery charges to you. When shipping mail, costs increase when you require Saturday delivery because it is a special service UPS offers. If Saturday delivery were free, everyone would use it, which is why they charge more for that option. I am not sure why they told you that they did not charge extra, because they absolutely do. Hi Karon, First of all, I'm really sorry things didn't work out, but with multiple no-call, no-shows, you had to be terminated. Second, none of this is true and it is clear you do not care about our customers as if you did you'd tell the truth, the whole truth, and not this manipulation. Third, You have signed an NDA which legally prevents you from disclosing such things, but instead requires you to seek remediation through approved sources. The fact that you now seek some sort of vindication through a public platform regarding experience of customers - which you are not - is a complete hoax, a lie, and really unfortunate. I'm disappointed that you feel so desperate as to seek to harm all the other employees here and mislead customers. It really says more about you than us. Thanks.
