UPS has claimed to have delivered my package but it is no where to be found. This was an urgent next day air order. Been checking all over and calling UPS Customer Service with no results. Emailed TD immediately to start the process of filing a claim and reshipment or at the very least a refund but they cant issue a refund. Also, it takes them a long time to respond to emails which is unfortunate since this is so urgent. TD has been helpful in the past with getting things resolved in a timely manner but its a bit slow and frustrating this time around. Now I'm screwed out a lot of money for no product.

Shipping speed was good. Unfortunately the product was not.

Product quality

It seemed to take a long time to get my order this time. It’s supposed to arrive today but I will see. Sometimes I’m shocked how quickly I get my order but I can’t rely on that always being the case. Everything else is fine.

Product a as excellent as was the service, but I received the sodium rather than the sulfate. Receipt said sulfate, container said sodium. Would rather have received what I ordered. Nonetheless the lab specimen was used in full and despite not being what I ordered at all, it was satisfactory.

Right now, I’m looking at a 3 star rating, but willing to upgrade and edit if my purchase gets sent. This is my second purchase with this company. First, I was able to place an order without supply in stock. Okay, an annoyance, but they are claiming a hopeful quick resupply, cool. Couple days later I get an update “we got our product we are going to work hard to ship your orders out!” Perfect, right? Not so much. The label was created for my package with fedex never receiving the package. I’m assuming they either never got the product and started printing shipping labels to make it look like they were beginning to ship. Or, didn’t get enough product to cover orders they were behind, printed labels and are waiting again. If I can get a response back that has some suggestive resolution and have that followed through on I’m willing to upgrade to 5 stars. My first order with them was flawless.

I would love to give a 5, but I made a test order for 20g of sulfate. They notified stock was low but were sending 10g and then would send the other 10 as soon as it was in stock. However when I received the 10g it was FA not sulfate and I was never notified. What I can say is their customer service is responsive and the product is good.

It's okay. I've had purer.
