Right now, I’m looking at a 3 star rating, but willing to upgrade and edit if my purchase gets sent. This is my second purchase with this company. First, I was able to place an order without supply in stock. Okay, an annoyance, but they are claiming a hopeful quick resupply, cool. Couple days later I get an update “we got our product we are going to work hard to ship your orders out!” Perfect, right? Not so much. The label was created for my package with fedex never receiving the package. I’m assuming they either never got the product and started printing shipping labels to make it look like they were beginning to ship. Or, didn’t get enough product to cover orders they were behind, printed labels and are waiting again. If I can get a response back that has some suggestive resolution and have that followed through on I’m willing to upgrade to 5 stars. My first order with them was flawless.

I would love to give a 5, but I made a test order for 20g of sulfate. They notified stock was low but were sending 10g and then would send the other 10 as soon as it was in stock. However when I received the 10g it was FA not sulfate and I was never notified. What I can say is their customer service is responsive and the product is good.

I have been ordering for about a year now. The discount codes are very helpful and appreciated. Shipping has been spot on with few exceptions. Be aware that around the Christmas Holidays, shipping cand be slow.

Absolutely top-notch experiences, time and time again! In a world where customer service has fallen by the wayside, Tianeptine Depot is a shining star. The product is very effective, a good value, and the business is trustworthy. Delivery is pretty quick, and I appreciate the reward points as a committed customer. The company's communication is excellent, which is a rarity in this world. They seem to operate by the Golden Rule. If there is an unforeseen event that leads to a delay in shipping, they'll let you know and provide context, which gives me a sense of comfort. I rarely submit reviews, but because the folks at TD really go above and beyond, I felt it was warranted, both to give prospective customers some insight as to what to expect, as well as to let the TD team know that they're doing a stellar job and are greatly appreciated. Keep it up!

— Update: I received email from Jason and he straightened out the mess that had happened. All suppliers were out of stock or low and supply chain issues were a major problem. It sounds like they have it mostly handled now. He overnighted me some product in the interim until they filled the remaining of my order. They are good people, I think they are just swamped lately with people ordering bc other vendors are out. I am still not happy with lack of communication I get from the “customer service” email account… they did nothing to help me out, fortunately Jason took care of me. I also deleted another review I had left regarding this as it seemed redundant. — Original review: I’d left 5 star reviews in past. They used to be great and customer service was top notch, but something happened in last few months and now customer service/ communication is terrible. My latest order, two days ago… I purchased sulfate, which is in stock according to their website, but has not shipped yet. It’s now Saturday. Despite me purchasing before the cutoff time and paying for overnight shipping. It still has not shipped! They have not communicated with me at ALL… despite me leaving multiple emails and voicemail. I’m now leaving town tomorrow without their product. Fortunately another vendor, which I will be using from now on, and who actually communicates with their customers, is helping me out. Which is a bummer because I’ve spent well over $10K with TD. If Jason reads this, you need to get better help or if you’re the one handling customer service… these are super easy things to fix. Just COMMUNICATE with your customers like you used to… it’s really that simple.
