Welcoming and felt taken care of
I was nervous of starting TRT because I wanted to have kids one day. Bimisa Augustin Washed away any nerves I had and explained everything to a T. She answered all my questions and got me started on great plan. If you are on the fence, just schedule and find out for yourself.

Lacey was so kind & great communication
Lacey was so kind and the communication from all involved was terrific. Lacey cared about me and helping me to work towards a happier, healthier life. It meant a lot to me. They have answered any questions that have come up quickly and kindly. They also made sure to get my HRT compounded meds to me in short order. I was so happy to receive them and can't wait to see how much better I begin to feel.

Ease of use, wonderful Dr.
Ease of use. Excellent communication and Dr. "B" was perfect in her communication and understanding of my needs. I have just relocated to Nashville and the stress of finding the right doctor to help with my needs is daunting. Dr. Bimisa Augustin was excellent.

Thrivelab was top notch. I had a bad experience with another doctor in talking about how I felt and what the solutions may be. Cristin made me feel right at home and listened to my concerns and offered a holistic plan to get me back to feeling 100%. Couldn’t recommend more if I tried

Doctor really listened and customized a plan that I’m excited about. Informed of all the great partners that you will have access to including dietician, life coach and the patient care team.
