STAY FAR AWAY
I have had a terrible experience with them. They verified and confirmed my insurance and told me I was good to get started. They told me the program was $99 a quarter for “thrively” which is their insurance for whatever mine doesn’t cover. They told me that any of the phone call check ins with the doctor are $45 and will be covered by that $99 quarterly fee if needed. I knew I would be paying for the compound prescriptions out of pocket. I tried it for 2 months but the communication was awful. The doctor never showed up for my follow up appointment after I got the prescriptions started - she left the company and no one let me know. I asked to have my account canceled. Now over 6 months later I’m being billed for over $2,000 out of pocket. $1,800+ for bloodwork and going to an out of network lab that they required me to go to and an additional $400+ for the phone call that I had. You know the one that was supposed to be $45 and covered by the thrively $99 fee if needed. I’m filing appeals with my insurance hoping they will cover - even adjusters have said the language the company used of “verification and confirmation of insurance before starting services” is not normal and does not give indication that I would be having to cover anything out of pocket.
