My order was changed with no fuss with very little notice from me

I asked for clarification on why I hadn’t had a delivery on Friday- usually if doubling up for a holiday there is usually an email mentioning this- I didn’t see an email like this. Have now had to go to shops for milk and don’t know if I’m going to get double tomorrow? The email response was not helpful. Just stated my delivery is due tomorrow- I know this but don’t know if it’s a normal delivery or a double one- makes a difference for me when planning my shopping- so quite annoying to get a response that doesn’t help.

Very quick reply and all sorted. Never had any problems at all with Thomson dairies. Staff have been lovely any time I called or messaged

John was very helpful in getting set up. Very easy to communicate with. Couldn't fault it.

Good service. And they dont just deliver Milk. Breakfast packs , Fruit Juice Eggs etc you have an app that lets you order what you want. Nothing to even one pint of milk. Extremely handy if you need food and are not mobile or living near by a shop . Nicola was great on the phone. Support local! Fresh produce

Really nice and understanding and helpful

After setting up an order it did not arrive not once but twice in the same week . After numerous calls finally spoke to someone who said that I couldn't cancel my order due to it being processed but gave a good speech that it would definitely be delivered the following day and he would call me to make sure it had been delivered and to see if I still wanted to cancel. The never called and continued to deliver more milk which I didn't ant they also delivered a bottle holder and cap which I didn't need. I called them again today and spoke to someone who basically told me that there was nothing in there notes to call me back they called the delivery manager instead!! How was he going to know of i as still going to cancel my order ? Then the person called me condescending which I found very rude seen as the service I'd expected wasn't fulfilled
