Really impressed with this company. I have been getting my milk and juice delivered for over a year now. Any adjustments to my order have be dealt with efficiently. And the staff are very professional and helpful. I recently dealt with John who adjusted my order and any changes are dealt with so quickly. I have never ran out of milk since I started using this service. 👍 Would definitely recommend 👏👏

SCAM SHOCKING COMPANY Received an email to say I owed money from an account that was closed over a year ago and then 2 cheeky phone calls from 2 different people who were aggressive and extremely rude would not listen to the fact the account was closed with no outstanding debt and are apparently coming to my house to collect their money! Avoid this company absolutely disgusting way to talk to anyone.

I received a bill from over 2 years ago which I’m not due. I cancelled after a number of attempts to get through over 2 years ago as the milk was sour, twice. The bill I received looked like a scam, account number and alleged amount due the wrong way round. The person I spoke to was passive aggressive, rude, disinterested and sarcastic. I can’t see anywhere to make a complaint. He said £25 was because I cancelled my direct debit over 2 years ago. I did that on the advice of whoever I spoke to when I called over 2 years ago to say the milk was rancid and I wished to cease all deliveries and any connections with this amateur company. I asked for a list of all the products that I had received and a list of all the payments I made as I could then prove I’m not in arrears. This was too much trouble. I asked to speak to a manager and the person became so unpleasant I ended the call. I’m still waiting for a response to an email. Unbelievably bad service, unacceptable standard of civility on the phone. I would advise anyone to stay away from them and do not become involved in any sort of business with them.

Consistently helpful service

Offered a free pint of milk no obligations ect.. they kept delivering every week, emailed a few times to cancel, then phoned to cancel milk kept coming, phoned again to cancel. Cancelled my direct debit and got an email charging me £30. Phoned up about it and then he said he wanted £5 instead 🙄 awful company and service, nothing about a cancelling fee at all. Paid what am due, and thats all there getting. Obviously made up as they go along. UPDATE! Wow love the come back! You have been taken money out my account everyweek would you like me to upload the proof? I said I would pay the 1.65 that I owe today not the £30! The free pint of milk was a con? Once you get your claws in there's no letting go! Business that bad? 😒 UPDATE trust deed? Wow the lies continue 🫣this is a new one 🙄 UPDATE am glad you said calls are recorded! Now customers will know what absolute liers you are! 🙄

Cancellation by email at short notice, on a Monday, always a busy day.
