I purchased a box of 10 Arturo Fuente Gran Reserve. I have ordered them before. So far this batch smokes inconsistently. Burns unevenly and needs to be relit quite a few times. This shouldn't happen to a $10 cigar.

Well I've been buying from you guys approximately 10 years so the only thing is I have to always put in my military discount verification with you guys which I thought you already had.

I will NEVER buy another Ghurka cigar, the wrappers are dry and disembody themselves, making for a very unenjoyable smoking experience.

Thompson is by far the best cigar retailer around. The deals are second to none as is the selection. Customer service top notch. Can't say or feel any better about a company.
