I do not like that you have decreased the availability of single cigars. I have always been able to purchase a variety of cigars and this time not being able to do so was disappointing. On the positive your staff called me back and offered me a few options, which I purchased.

I do think you are the best place to buy cigars online...however, you have raised your prices significantly in 2026. Once in April and again in august. This will cause an issue if it continues to rise twice a year in the future. Its already difficult enough to buy groceries and gas. Please take note you will drive customers away from thompsoncigar.com to another company that offers lower costs. Delivery service. I have to sign for the UPS package when it arrives since I'm in California. It is a pain in the butt. UPS notice states that the delivery is until 9 PM. My past experience is that the package arrives at random times. Late morning, mid afternoon, 8:30 PM, etc. My whole day is wasted waiting for it to show up and sign for it.

Cigars sold in bulk, like boxed cigars 20+ pieces, seem to be old inventory or damaged. Broken cigars, crushed ends, unraveling, is most frequent with my Thompsoncigar purchases. This will affect my future choice of vendors for cigar purchases.

Great cigars and customer service. Unfortunately, the shipping was poorly handled. Whoever packed the cirgs used all the bubble wrap on top of the six boxes of cigars. No bubble wrap on the bottom or side of the cigar boxes. These particular cigars come inside glass cubes. The box should have been labeled fragile handle with care
