Thompson Cigar CompanyReviews of thompsoncigar.com

I ordered Natural wrapper cigars , but received Maduro. Other than that oder was fine.

Great price! Secure packaging! Fast shipping!

Overall Thompson sells a good product. I’ve been a member over 50 years but have seen a decline in quality with an increased pricing. One of my standbys are the Dominican Madura amigos. They have shown this decrease in quality with price increase. Recently the box has changed with a few millimeter shorter cover so now it caves in. Come on Thompson you can do better.

I like the % discounts you send

I get what I order. Products are fairly priced. Delivery service has improved.

Delivery service

The types of Cigars available on the 5 Pack Fever were great options for me! It took a little longer than normal to get them.

Good products at good prices, well-packaged. The only disappointment is the extent of the items in the Thompson catalogue that are back-ordered and unavailable for lengthy periods of time. I realize that is not Thompson's fault, but perhaps you can "fine-tune" your mailings and advertisements to focus on things that ARE available without long delays. Also, what happened to the monthly printed catalogues? They are no longer sent and no longer included in the shipment.
