Customer service told me that the refund for a return had been processed to be returned to my credit card in May. Called back weekly, still no refund, same answer over the phone: "your bank must still be processing the return". Have yet to receive a refund. Suddenly this morning, they're claiming that they mailed me a check in MAY. I never received a check. LOL. So for the last month, the agents over the phone were lying about a processed return.

So far so good I’ve ordered from Thompson Cigars many times since I got turned on to cigars back in 2021, and so far I haven’t had a problem. I’ve tried two other services and this one seemed most legit. They have great 5 pack deals that I always go for. Freshness doesn’t seem to be an issue either, and my cigars have a nice even burn. But I am a novice, so take my words with a grain of salt. I have dealt with customer service back in Apr 2022 where I wanted to add to my order after I completed placing my order (to take advantage of discounts and free shipping) and they were prompt and accommodating. I haven’t had an order issue yet so I haven’t had to deal with negative customer service…knock on wood. Like I said…so far so good. Please don’t let me down

I received an email confirming an order that I didn't place. Customer care was terrible, of course, they outsource it, so I never knew if I was being scammed or if it was really their customer service. I will NEVER order from them again, and if you have any payment info stored with them GET IT OUT! This company cannot be trusted anymore.

I placed an order that was a gift when I received I sent it immediately to PR without checking it wasn't my first time using this company when they opened the box were the wrong items. They sent me 3 products double so I called and complained and all the different options that I was offered benefit the company not the consumer so I lost $240.00. Really poor customer service and the guy was talking to me like I was trying to still the cigars. I am no longer ordering from them. Terrible customer service.

Big scammy outfit. They automatically sign you up for a membership that you never wanted that costs you $15/month.

$225.00 box of cigars. Box seal broken... Cellophane wrapper, perfect on outside of box. Cigars have MOLD all over them... Thompson said return them at my expense if I want. Side note: shipping has always been very slow, weeks... This box showed up in 5 days. Surprise was both ship speed & MOLD on cigars...

Back orders never shipped, then notify 4 months later wanting a much higher price...nope! Credit card provider agreed with me... one way to get a refund! Always have tiny check boxes at check out auto checked yes! miss one while placing your order you have to deal with canceling unwanted magazines or similar. Discounts are no better than others with less hassles and sneaky marketing scams!
