Ripoff artists. Ordered a box of 200 dollar cigars after they sent a 25 percent off coupon. They showed in stock. They charged my card. NO SHIPMENT! When I contacted customer service they said it was back ordered. But they did charge my card. No answer, just silence. If possible would give ZERO stars.

Anytime they send a flyer out it is a scam to get you to there website. Tried multiple times to get the deal on there flyer and it doesn't exist. This should be reported as false advertising.

Im writing to share an experience: Called 800-237-2559-Hold Music Ended within approximately 2 minutes then there was nothing but silence for a very long time which means that the call picked up and I was muted. After a while, and with my Engagement Coach Quality experience working in a high profile white glove call center, I mentioned a few things that I know about call centers (no hold music means the call was picked up but was muted. After I informed whoever that all I need to provide to corporate is my phone number, time and date of call so they can pull the call id # for our interaction to listen in, they will see that they picked up the call but sat on mute thinking theyre safe to play games or text, eat, take a nap etc and then POOF…there she was…JANET. I called at 12:42pm. She finally responded at 1:11pm. The call was 28:31 total. I never did get assistance from anyone. Gave up. Also read some alarming reviews after so Im glad I didnt place an order with this company.

False info and false products and false company

Customer service has always been great but the cigars I guess from them are stale and I unfortunately do not get a good smoke no matter how much I have paid cigars. I’ve gotten from other companies have been a much higher quality. I’ve quit using their service

Buyer beware. Go to another online cigar company. I spent several hundred dollars on cigars for a wedding. Stale flaky, bands falling of cigars (Victor Sinclair) Poor quality control, why would you ship crap looking cigars? Customer service at times is good but, they have a hard time understanding customer problems. After many emails and phone calls Lorenzo understood what I was asking! I am still waiting for my refund on my credit card for the crap cigars I returned.

I placed 2 orders 5 days apart totaling $75.00. I never recieved these orders 2 weeks later. My account shows two cancelled orders with erronius low amounts. I sent two messages via their customer service portal, with no reply, nothing. I had stopped buying cigars 4 years ago, with fond memories I placed orders remembering the good service they once had. I am not the only person they have cheated according to other reviewers here.

Purchased cigars and humidor pack. Cigars came in a box just the size of cigars and no humidor pack. Have contacted them 2 times on message board, once by email and no response. Poor service. Will go to Famous smoke from now on. Do not do business eith this company.
