I love the exercises. Small. Simple. I relax deeply and have already felt some release in my body .

Really enjoying the course so far it has really helped with falling asleep as I have insomnia. I have started having nightmares again but they are so real I think they may even be repressed memories but my mind has changed the perpetrator into someone I love maybe to help me process it easier I'm not sure

Hi Nicola, Thank you so much for sharing this. We’re really glad to hear the course is supporting your sleep, and we also want to gently acknowledge that deeper experiences like this can come up as the body processes. You’re not alone in that. If you ever need additional support or have questions as things come up in your practice, we're here for you at [email protected]. Warmly, The Workout Witch Team

I love this course. Thank you for offering these exercises.

Doing the 3 course bundle for the second time, absolutely love doing the somatic exercises before bed to release stress in my body and to complement all the nervous system regulation I am doing outside of this. I realised last year I had still had physical stress in my body despite years of talking therapy/counselling and this was the missing piece. Thank you!

Hi Heena, We love hearing how you’re revisiting the bundle and using the exercises to support your body alongside everything else you’re doing. That “missing piece” feeling is so real, and we’re so glad this work is supporting you in that way. Thank you for being a part of our community. Warmly, The Workout Witch Team
