This girl is a fraud
This girl is a fraud. No verified credentials whatsoever. Started off as a Pilates instructor and now explaining and giving advice on neurodivergence, CPTSD, and other complicated disorders - WITHOUT the credentials. Oh and not to mention that her marketing tactics are soooo manipulative: state every problem that a person might experience --> relate it all to high cortisol--> sell your program to "cure" people of their afflictions. She's making millions (as she loves to brag) by scamming innocent and gullible people. One day...this is going to bite her in the as*. She's a full fraudster and it pains me how more people don't see it.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. Liz’s work is rooted in her own lived experience as someone who is neurodivergent and has CPTSD, and she speaks openly about what has helped her. Alongside that, she has a Psychology degree from UCSB, certifications in Pilates and Reiki, six years of Feldenkrais mentorship, and 15 years of hands-on teaching experience. We don’t see an order or any past communication connected to this review or name, so we’d love to understand more about what prompted it. If you’ve had an experience with our courses that didn’t feel good, our support team would truly like the chance to make it right. Please reach out to us at [email protected]. Wishing you all the best. Warmly, The Workout Witch Team
