I recently got a pair of Action Heat rechargeable heated indoor/outdoor boots and they are FANTASTIC! They are filled with the softest material, they feel like your feet are on clouds, the temperature is PERFECT they are never too hot, the battery pack has its own out of the way pocket on the boots. My disabled daughter has arthritis in her feet and foot drop & these boots made a huge difference in relaxing her feet to be exercised. These boots are great & I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone, these would be great for medical reasons or for just being warm and comfortable

Terrible (non existent) customer service. I've been trying to reach them for 6 weeks and have received ZERO response. I've sent multiple emails and have yet to receive a reply. When I call their "Support" line, I'm directed to an overseas call center where I'm told I need to email the company for a resolution. They will not put me in touch with someone at the physical location. Of course, those emails never receive a response. I've had to resort to initiating a refund through my credit card company. There are plenty of reputable retailers selling these same items- I would strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.

I cannot comment on the clothing, only my experience. I ordered a warming hoodie. Price was $189. Once I clicked "order" I saw there was almost 50% added in taxes!!! a $189 sweater cost $319!!!!! Shipping was also $30!!!! Insane! I called next day and cancelled order no problem. Went to another site and bought similar product, same price... $15 shipping, $25 tax.

I ordered a pair of the Women's lace double zipper boots, size 39 EU which fit me very well as i am size 8 US. I was really super happy to see my order arrived with in 2 days. that was amazing, well packed and well made! very, very happy with this order. Hope this helps others to trust this company and also their CS is very good and always helping, answering all my question I had when i was placing my order.

I ordered a pair of heated gloves for a present on 11/08/25. The company processed my card ( took the money). I received an email on 11/11/25 I received a FedEx tracking number in the email from TWS saying my order shipped. While checking the FedEx tracking number,on the FedEx website, it stated my package was due to be delivered on 11/17/25. On 11/18 the tracking stated there was an exception due to weather conditions in Olathe KS. ( I checked the weather, there was no issue). I contacted TWS on 11/19/25 stating if there was no movement on my package by the 22nd I was requesting a refund. Amazingly on 11/20/25 the status of the package moved to Chandler AZ. On 11/21/25 the tracking status showed the package was in Phoenix AZ at 10:37am.. the problem is I checked at 4:39am ( my time zone is the same as AZ). After emailing the company again somehow the tracking shows the package shows it arrived at Phoenix at 3:37am on 11/21/25 ( this was at 6:32am). I have contacted the company and FedEx. It is apparent to me that somehow the “company “ can manipulate the FedEx tracking. FedEx is no help as they need the exact information that is on the shipping label. I,once again, emailed the company requesting all the exact information from the shipping label. It is now 1:46pm I had heard nothing back. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. My next call will be to my bank.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Order can partially fulfilled. No indication the rest was forthcoming. No replies to emails. Customer service had no information on the order. Customer Service hung on on me, had to call back. Then they told me 30-60 days for them to restock inventory and ship to me,

Only one person to answer all calls to order or for a warming product expert. This person is clueless about their products. The jacket I needed was backordered. They're going to go out of business. If you get on Gebring website - this is the same company/person answering the phone.

On 9/6 I ordered some inexpensive Ice Bandana replacements and paid $6.49 plus $5 for shipping. On 9/8 I receive an email from The Warming Store that my shipment is held up by USPS for lack of delivery payment. On that same day, I emailed the Warming Store back asking why they didn't pay USPS and to please handle it. On 9/11, after not hearing back from them, I called them and got a bunch of illogically double talk about it being handled and not to worry about it and then they hung up on me. Fortunately, it was not a lot of cash out of pocket, but I'm sure I will never see the ice replacements I ordered.
