This company is an absolute joke! I got heated slippers for Christmas and one of the slippers does not fully heat so I reached out via chat and was emailed and two separate times that I would get a return shipping label and never did. When I tried calling the recording said I was next in line and then a new recording message said they would return my call and I was hung up on. Mind you they never asked for my return phone number, and they never did call me back. I've reached out so many times I don't know what to do anymore. The issue I'm having is covered under warranty. I did enter a complaint on the better Business bureau site as well. I have updated my review to two stars because after this was reported to the better Business bureau and my review was published through trust pilot, the owner reached out to me and offered me a full refund, which I did receive today. I should not have had to go through all of this in order to get it though. I would still urge people to be careful working with this company.

Received the item and it works, however it states battery last 2+ hours and only lasts 1 1/4hours. After I made this order, I began getting spam emails from all other kinds of wwarming clothing companies. So beware, they sell your information.

So far I am very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered a vest on December 14 and have not received any updates on when it may ship. I have emailed 3 times and called once. I have never got an email back. Now I know it’s only been 4 days but an update would be nice, and after reading these reviews I am nervous I may not even get it.

Great prices but VERY misleading delivery. Ordered Dec 4, claim 3-5 days delivery. It is Dec 16, item still not in stock. . Customer service is useless. They state item is available (as stated on web) "in a month or so". GO ELSEWHERE if you want item for skiing this season.

I had purchased a pair of ice gripping boots on Dec 6 so I would be fully prepaired for the harsh winters we get with lots of snow and ice. On Dec 23 still no boots so I call them to find out what the issue is. So here’s straight to the point they are a 3rd party store and they have to get the product from the manufacturer ( a difference place) there for even if it says it’s in stock you will not recieve it anytime soon .because they have to wait to get it yet and once they recieve it from the manufacturer it will take an additional 15 to 16 additional days to receive it after that. . It will be a total of 2 full months I have wait .i bought them because I seriously needed them for this year. If I would’ve known that, I had to wait two months to get these boots I would’ve looked elsewhere.Now as the snow snd ice is comming strong iam un prepared do to false information on actually having product having people think and believing they will have there product in 2 weeks tops. Iam NOT happy at all not everyone has extra money to go buy again at another place .
