[Updated 7-Oct - Two weeks after the projected receipt date I received a shipping notification and ultimately received the item. Never received any responses to my questions or the dispute which I withdrew]. Ordered an item and received an automated response confirming the order. That confirmation included a projected delivery date. That day came and went. Tried reaching out to the store on-line with no response. Tried calling their phone number and it eventually hung up on me - never got a live person. Have moved on to disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Update: I was finally able to speak with someone and have my issues resolved. My account was refunded.

I cannot comment on the clothing, only my experience. I ordered a warming hoodie. Price was $189. Once I clicked "order" I saw there was almost 50% added in taxes!!! a $189 sweater cost $319!!!!! Shipping was also $30!!!! Insane! I called next day and cancelled order no problem. Went to another site and bought similar product, same price... $15 shipping, $25 tax.

EDIT: I received an email from The Warming Store after posting this review offering to send me the item I'd ordered at no charge PLUS a free gift and they actually did it!! It shouldn't require posting bad reviews to receive good service BUT they certainly made up for it after the fact. I hope they correct any service issues from here on out because I LOVE the products they offer and would like to buy from them. Crossed fingers...and thank you Warming Store. My original post: STAY AWAY from the warming store. Ordered 8 days ago and JUST got an email saying my order still hasn't shipped...so I called and was told "oh, so sorry, but our supplier is being slow and it won't ship for another 12 more days." So a 20 day (minimum) wait for my order to ship??? And it doesn't say anywhere on their product listing that it isn't in stock. I cancelled, now to hope I get my money back.
