The RTA StoreReviews of thertastore.com

I LOVE The RTA Store! Nicole was a joy to work with. She listened carefully to my vision for our home office and made it come to life with her thoughtful 3D design. The on-line ordering process was smooth. A snafu occurred with the delivery company but Tabitha hopped in and resolved the problem immediately. The product quality and ease of assembly exceeded my expectations. I keep looking around my home to find a new project that I can do with The RTA Store. I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience!

Truly a wonderful experience. The customer service was outstanding and my designer was very responsive big thanks to Nicole for helping us design our perfect kitchen.

Nicole was absolutely fabulous to work with. She took into consideration every detail, knew he product line extremely well and was efficient in every way. I highly recommend RTA cabinets and if you get Nicole as your designer, you are very lucky.

I worked with Remi McMillan, one of the designers at RTA. She made designing my new study a pleasure. She met with us several times and made sure that the design was exactly what we wanted. She also helped us order the appropriate cabinets for the design. The whole process was easy. Thank you Remi and RTA!

DO NOT buy molding/trim. It is not RTA and costs five times more than anything you can buy locally. I designed my kitchen but the designer at theRTAstore was able to point out where I needed fill spaces so the doors would not hit each other. She also sold me on trim pieces. Once the cabinets arrive I only had five days to find all the damaged parts. It took me three days just to open the boxes and unwrap the pieces. There were several problems, but customer service was quick to send new pieces. Once assembly started, the kitchen came together quickly. Final step in the project was the trim. The molding was too short to go from the cabinets to the ceiling, but boards were included to fill that gap. No instructions, no hardware, and NOT ready to assemble. When I reached out, I was told the mfg would not take trim pieces back and it probably would have cost more to ship anyway. I spent an extra $500, I feel stupid , and I feel cheated.

The entire experience has been so wonderful. Chrissy helped me design our kitchen remodel- answering and reconfiguring over and over. She was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was amazing to see her sketches and photos as the new kitchen came to life. From start to end (even fixing my order after I completed the checkout process) the process was fun!

We had a really positive experience working with the RTA Store and our kitchen Designer Jennifer. She was knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through the process and answering numerous questions. She provided renderings that looked terrific and was a good shepherd. We look forward to receiving the cabinets.

Elizabeth was awesome to work with. She always answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She changed things back and forth, changed up colors for me, fixed my shopping cart after I messed it up 3 different times. I am very happy with my design and can't wait to get it installed!
