The RTA StoreReviews of thertastore.com

Loved the online kitchen planner, wish it was available for other rooms. Was a little frustrated that some cabinet pieces weren't available in all colors/styles and no way to filter for those specific items, just lots of opening a style, scrolling and looking through all options to realize it wouldn't work for our space. Excited for the cabinets to get here and try them out.

Great communication and value.

I WORKED WITH SHERRY BROWN ON MY DESIGN AND SHE WAS THE BEST!!! SHE HELPED NOT ONLY WITH THE DESIGN BUT IN GIVING ADVICE ON PLACEMENT OF CABINETS FOR OPTIMAL USE. THE PROCESS WAS VERY SMOOTH AND PAINLESS AND SHERRY WAS DILIGENT IN KEEPING IN CONTACT WITH ME!

wonderful customer service

The only reason I ordered these items from RTA is because I had ordered my whole kitchen from them previously ($9000.00). I ordered more items to match and had to pay $299.00 in shipping cost for 4 items!!! Won't make that mistake again.

Ease of use and product information provided on website

The designer was extremely helpful and patient with explaining all that we needed. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Cheaply made cabinets!!! I paid a lot of money for these because they were supposed to be solid. I unpacked them and was in the process of installing them when drawer fronts just starting fall off. Drawers were installed crooked so they do not close properly. The drawer accessories bought for the pantry are limited on where they can be installed and came with NO instructions on how to install. In stock cabinets at Home Depot are better quality than these!
