The RTA StoreReviews of thertastore.com

Kyla was very patient and made changes as requested and in a very timely fashion. The whole process was very easy, no pressure and listened to what our needs were for this project.

Quite frankly this was a frustrating experience. I am a general contractor and have installed numerous RTA cabinet packages from different companies. I have never worked with a company that took so long to place a relatively simple order. It took me three weeks from start to finish to place the order. Most orders with other companies take a couple of days.

Mycah was easy and great to work with. He provided for what I described and presented exactly what I asked for. When I saw it was over my budget, he helped me to bring the costs inline much closer to where I needed to be and still satisfy what we asked for. He communicated with me consistently and that made a big difference. Thanks Mycah!!!

Customer service was top notch and leadership reached out to engage during the process.

The cabinets are top quality. I use them for all of my interior design projects in kitchens, bathrooms, pantries, mudrooms. Mycah Esparza has been an incredible help in ensuring my design renderings are accurate and beautiful for my customers to envision their space. I don't order cabinets from anywhere else!

Naomi was patient with all my design requests and the hopped on the phone and talked through the design with me. She created the final design that I chose, but had to have drawn up at least 10 before I came to a decision! This was over the coarse of a month. She never seemed irritated or impatient!

I ordered some cabinets. The drawings looked wonderful and reviewed them to the best of my ability, not being a construction worker. The cabinets were delivered and not the quality I expected but acceptable. There was one sheet in each box on assembly. Once assembly was complete, I found out that 2 critical pieces to make the cabinets look correct were not included. I contacted RTA and they placed all blame on me, the consumer. I should have understood those pieces were not included if I read the fine print and they do not accept returns if the pieces have been assembled. The individual who completed the drawings let me know that if I didn't like the product, I had the chance in review to not accept these. They place all the blame on the consumer and take no blame themselves. I recommend you stay away from this company if you are not in the construction business. We were planning on ordering many more cabinets for our remodel but are going a different direction at this time. Stay away from RTA

Brie was super helpful in designing all the cabinets for our renovation! She helped us go through multiple iterations over several months and was wonderful to work with
