We appreciate your concern; however, it is important to note that as per the clear policies on our website, we can only authorise a replacement for items that fall within our guarantee period. We do this in order to protect our business from those that might seek to damage our goods on purpose. Our records indicate that your bag was purchased five months ago, and unfortunately, the issue with one of the bags you purchased is no longer covered under our replacement guarantee. We have offered you the option of a complimentary repair to your bag, should you choose to return it to us. We would ask you to pay for shipping only. You have unfortunately declined this offer. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that your order, totaling $526, includes four items, rather than the single bag you are having an issue with. We strive to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, and we hope this has been evident in our private communications with you. We trust that this explanation provides clarity regarding the matter, although we understand that it may not align with your desired resolution. Thank you for your understanding.
