This company oversells and underdelivers. I purchased a backpack that was nice, even though expensive for what it was. I got a coupon to order another item, so I got a matching duffle. Well, that bag took forever to arrive over 3 weeks), and I had to pay an additional $30 in custom fees (which were not prior disclosed by the seller) for it to be released and delivered. Then when I got it, it looked like a very used, old bag, all smashed together like an accordion and wrapped in a lot of cheap cellophane wrap. The color did not match my backpack even though it was supposed to. Then the return process takes forever and even though the item is returned in "as received" condition and was never used, they still charge a $15 restocking fee. Other high end item vendors do not do that - they stand by their goods. Anyway, never buying from here again. At least Rigelle, the customer service rep helping me with my return was nice.

Terrible experience. Bought man’s satchel for my son for Hanukkah. Delayed shipping issues and received two days before Hanukkah. This retail $250 satchel came completely flattened and creased. The dust bag enclosed was not even large enough for the bag I ordered and was damaged while I tried to open this taped up bag! Ruined my celebration for my son as he received nothing but my apology for having choose. The wrong place to shop. Have tried repeatedly to get this returned and refunded (at their expense) to no avail. As I told them, I have received a $10 product from Amazon in better packaging. This beautiful bag DESERVES to be shipped properly. Customer service has been a fail. Total fail. Filed dispute with CC to try to get my money back.#worst ever

Got a bill for $32.82 after the fact! My invoice clearly stated that shipping was free. Got a FEDEX Bill 1 week after receiving product.

Quality of the bag (I bought The Buffalo model) much better in the site's photos than in reality. Overall thin and "crinkly." I've learned from this that a leather bag should only be purchased in person, not online.

Thought I was getting a real leather bag, and got a chemical smelling bag labeled “made in China” without any indication of authenticity included. The insert provided for care has a bunch of misspellings. I ordered from an Ontario company (or so I thought) to avoid dropshippers, but apparently got scammed. Would never have paid this much if I knew it was going to arrive like this. I own a real leather bag and the smell is completely different.

I bought this bag and yes you do get the impression that they are a legitimate US operation, when they really aren't, but that's not to say the product I received was bad. After a few months of usage, the hardware broke and since they responded to their reviews, I decided to leave a review in the hopes of bringing this to their attention. Any mildly critical review left on their site is not made public and the Judge Me thing is a scam as well. So all in all beware of doing business with these guys.

I ordered a bag for my husband, which he didn't like. I sent an email to get instructions to return it , bc they have no phone number listed. The response time is 5 days. They refund the money if the item is sent back within 30 days from ordering it. It took 2 weeks to get the bag. Don't buy from them, unless you want to keep it no matter what.
