It has taken a while to write this because I wanted to give the company an opportunity to fix the issue but no success. I ordered a bag, came in just about on time no issues there. Overall, quality product. Several weeks later I recieved a bill from Fed Ex for Customs Fees. That surprised me because the site advertised free shipping. There is no mention of that on the order screen. I sent a message to their customer service department and started chatting with Rigelle. She informed me that in their shipping policy it states they are not responsible for Customs Fees. I invite you to look at their order form and determine where it states the item will come from India and there would be an additional charge, Had I been notified beforehand my bag was coming from India and there would be fees this wouldn't be an issue. So, I asked for an adrress to send a letter in lieu of email. She informed me that: "At the moment, we only operate as a purely e-commerce business and no affiliations with any physical retail stores at this time." I replied: "I understand it is an online operation. Here is what I have currently: Zachari Jordan Moyle aka The Moyle Investment Company LTD The Real Leather Company Suite A, 82 James Carter Road Mildemhall, Suffolk, England IP28 7DE And US presence McAllen, TX 78501 Can you supply me with the registered address for the TX location?" She replied: "To better assist you, may we ask why you need the registered address for the Texas location? Once we understand the purpose of your request, we'll be happy to see how we can best help." I replied that I was trying to send a letter to which she informed me they would not give an address as they did not give out Zac's info. So, I replied: "Thanks. I did notice the address was obfuscated for TX which is why I asked. Should I instead send it to: 3020 Kenilworth Blvd Sebring, FL 33870? That appears to be the physical address listed for corporate and university contracts and such. An email doesn’t work for me and sending it to England seems overkill." She replied that she would not be able to help. I replied: "So, the Florida address isn’t real? The address of record for discount programs at various universities, school districts, organizations, etc. is in Sebring, Fl 33870. If one of these places sends you mail it will be returned to sender as a false address? No response. My guess is I need to contact, or if you have an issue with them you may need to contact, the UK Gov site plus Companies House and explain that you are trying to contact them at their registered US Address but it does not appear to be valid. The company is The Real Leather Company Store Ltd. Company #10544745 Crazy to have to go through all of this when it's obvious many others have had this same issue.

Scammers. Do not order from this company. The free shipping, is not free. They will send it cod to you for import fees, etc. they are not a US company as their website states. Everything is shipped from India, and is the same crap you can find at Walmart. Complete rip off

I ordered the ‘The Standard’ backpack on 8/16/2025 and received it on 8/26/2026. By mid Feb 2026 the zipper had broken. I had to contact support numerous times to get a response. The response I received is that it was a simple fix, I need to use pliers to squeeze the zipper together and all would be well (or I could send it back for a $40 charge and they would fix / replace). As you can see from the photos this was not the case, I was not able to just fix the zipper with pliers. You can also see in the photos the zipper is missing teeth. Further contact with the company support have been ignored. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!

False advertising. They advertised a bag as full grain leather and what I got was genuine leather. That’s a huge difference and should have been less than half the price I paid. No support number. Check out their returns page and it’s clear they don’t want to take a return because it has no instructions other than to contact them and there’s no contact info. I doubt I’ll be able to get a refund. I’ll have to call my credit card to report fraud. Stay away from this company!

I got a $65 off code on my email on my first purchase, and when try to pay for the product I liked it came with the error that the code can't be used for the item on my cart. Very disappointed.

I have been trying to return a shoulder bag they responded I thought everything was going well but have not heard anything from real leather.Call the number provided but it seems as if someone picks up the phone put nothing is said.

Reselling Komal Passion Leather Bags at 400% the price! I received my Skyler bag and inside it was clearly labeled Komal Passion Leather, I look up the website and its $99 vs $400 on The Real Leather Company website! Clearly a rip off company!

I order a leather bag from this company and they have not handed it over to the shipping company, though 9 days already passed! I emailed them to cancel my order. I doubt they will do that and I will likely get my refund through my bank. I do not recommend this company, sounds like fraud.
