I highly recommend The Real Leather Company for the quality of its products AND customer service. Practically anything can break. After experiencing a minor issue with the threading of a strap on the Standard backpack I purchased late in 2025 and contacting customer service, someone carefully studied the photo of the issue I provided and offered a quick and easy solution that I believe will work. The issue was cosmetic and does not affect the strength of the strap or its appearance.

The Estro bag/pouch is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. It fits comfortably on my belt, and provides the organized space I want for items too bulky or heavy for my pockets. There's a shoulder strap if you prefer, but I find it inconvenient to use. The quality of the leather is excellent. No paper thin sheet glued to a backing. No cracking. The stitching is strong and even. The zippers are robust. I'd have preferred a darker color, but the color provided is satisfactory.
