There were some issues with shipping (not caused by the company itself), but Anna from the support team helped a lot and provided plenty of information i would need, and there was a lot of transparency throughout it all. I received the bag and find it to be of good quality, though I find the holes for writing utensils are quite loose, as my tablet's pen slides down requiring me to dig deeper than I'd like. Otherwise, it's one of, if not the best bag I've ever had.
