A package that was Priority Mail from The Real Leather Co. got lost in the mail. It was supposed to be delivered on 13 Sept. The package arrived on 1 October, clearly marked and undamaged. Coordinated with Anne from the Real Leather Co. who provided simply fantastic support.

Just received my Man Bag - great design (lots of individual zippered places to store stuff); light weight, and well made. But the highlight of my experience was the staff. Zac was very cordial and generous with discounts - first time customer, promotions, gratitude, etc. Also available to answer questions. Anne was a particular standout! I had what I thought was an issue with billing. She graciously walked me through the my order history. Turned out I just hadn't read the company's communications with me throughly - in too big a hurry. Once I got my act together everything went smoothly. As a follow-up, I ordered a Long Wallet. Very eager to use it in my Man Bag.
