Anne is amazing. She's honestly as cool as the bag I received. I had a lot of pre-sale questions and she answered every single one of them, and then some. I love my bag and the quality is awesome!

I ordered a briefcase but was a bit unsure whether it would fit my laptop. Anne promptly replied to my e-mail and placed the order on hold until I comfortably chose the right briefcase. Anne Nipis excelled in customer service and provided the information I needed. I truly recommed the Real Leather Co. Not only their products are remarkable but also their care and professionalism are most definitely one of a kind.

Anne communicated with me the entire process from start to finish. She first made sure to offer a couple of solutions to the problem and made it easy to process. Then she follow up as the package made it each way! Great experience !
